Operating Principle: Float Ball with Rotary Slide Valve
The core component of the HS float-type condensate traps is a precise float mechanism with a rotary slide valve joint. As the condensate level in the housing rises, the float automatically opens the outlet; as the level falls, it closes the passage without delay – completely independent of pressure or temperature fluctuations.
The rotary slide valve also acts as a shut-off element and, благодаря its shearing motion, reliably prevents deposits or blockages. The result is a low-maintenance, long-lasting system that ensures continuous condensate drainage without manual intervention.
Electronic and Level-Controlled Variants

Time-controlled condensate drain valves operate on an interval basis – opening time and interval can be precisely adjusted, completely eliminating the need for manual draining.
